GRADE SIX 2012-2013
Supplies needed for class
Expanding accordion folder (5-13 sections) * No Trapper needed
Pencil Pouch containing:
1 Pair of scissors
pencils – no less than 6
blue or black pens
red pens
2 highlighters
2 dry erase markers (Expo works best)
1 chunk eraser
1 pack 3x5 index cards
2 glue sticks
colored pencils
loose-leaf paper
4 individual notebooks
1 roll of transparent tape (Scotch brand works best)
2 boxes of tissues (200 count or larger)
disinfecting wipes (75 count or more)
Tennis shoes for Phys Ed
Optional: 3 jumbo stretchy book covers
GRADE SEVEN 2012-2013
6 1-subject notebooks - 70-100 pages each (1 each for Reading, Science, Social Studies & Math, 1 for Language Arts)
1 2" 3-ring binder (Science/Social Studies)
Ruled index cards (3" x 5")
Blue or black pens
Seven folders with pockets
Red pens
Pencils (must have for math)
3-ring binder with looseleaf paper
Glue Sticks
Scissors
Highlighter
Scientific calculator (TI-30 XIIS or its equivalent)
Note: Higher level calculators will be needed for some of the advanced courses in high school. They are NOT recommended for 7th graders.
GRADES EIGHT 2012-2013
5 1-subject notebooks - 70-100 pages each (1 each for Reading, Math & History, 1 for Language Arts)
1 2" 3-Ring Binder for Social Studies
2 folders with pockets for Reading
Specific supplies for other classes will be announced in class on the first day of school. Students should be prepared for these classes with pencil and paper ready to take notes.
GRADES NINE THROUGH TWELVE 2012-2013
There are no specific supply lists for grade 9-12. Students are expected to arrive on the first day of classes with pencil and paper ready to take notes. Specific supplies for each class will be announced at that time. Students are also expected to provide their own calculators. Students can check with their teachers to learn which models are best for the different math courses.
